• Membership form : contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — processing membership applications.
• Server logs : legitimate interest — website security and performance.

Retention Period

• Contact form data : 12 months after last interaction.
• Membership data : duration of membership + 5 years (Belgian legal obligation).
• Server logs : 6 months.
